- Preferred previous experience in the Asphalt / Seal Coating field.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the USA.

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential customers through various channels.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding Asphalt, Seal Coating, Crack Filling, Line Painting products or services offered by the company and their benefits.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating sales terms, handling objections, and securing sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive experiences.
- Addressing Inquiries: Answering customer questions and addressing their concerns.
- Providing Solutions: Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Handling Complaints: Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting sales reports to management.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals.
- Salary Range: Competitive salary range $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
- Commission Structure: Uncapped commission potential based on sales on exceeding sales targets.
