- Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in a die casting or high-precision manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with hand-held measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards
- Basic computer/data entry skills for logging inspection data
