Akkodis, Inc. seeks multiple Information Technology Senior QA Test Lead (Multiple Positions) who develops and implements quality assurance standards, processes, and controls. Develops methods for inspection, testing, sampling, and training. Evaluates production capabilities and recommends improvements. Assists in developing quality assurance policies and procedures. Performs requirements analysis and decomposition into testable scenarios (positive and negative). Develops detailed Test Plans and Test Cases. Adheres to VWGoA IT PEP processes and VWGoA QA Standards for test case development, execution and defect management. Performs manual test execution and capturing results with appropriate level of detail/proof. Monitors daily status reporting. 100% travel required. Reports to company headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI. Roving employee will work at various client sites throughout the U.S.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Science (Physical, Natural, Life or Computer Sciences), Engineering (any), Management (any), IT/IS (any), Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications or related field of study and two (2) year of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Master’s degree in Science (Physical, Natural, Life or Computer Sciences), Engineering (any), Management (any), IT/IS (any), Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications or related field of study and two (2) year of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained, employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Science (Physical, Natural, Life or Computer Sciences), Engineering (any), Management (any), IT/IS (any), Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Applicants must also have demonstrated experience in the following: ETL Mapping document; Source to Target mappings (STTM); SQL Server; Business Intelligence reporting system; Oracle; Informatica; Teradata; and RUP, Rational Rose, Rational Clear Case, Clear Quest, Test Manager, Robot or Rational Requisite Pro.
