The Stellantis Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the "brain" of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded SW.
The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:
translate system specifications and objectives into requirements
distribute control functions and networking strategies
implement core functions and diagnostics algorithm design
validate the functions to requirements
Within PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual program ensuring that its needs are met.
As a result of significant challenges embraced by Stellantis to become the leader of the new era of mobility, we are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Manager based in (enter here the Country).
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global planning, execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines / Transmissions / Hybrid / Battery / Charging / eMotor Electronic Control Units (depending on the job posting).

What will you be doing?
Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
Coordinating Controls Features development.
Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to over all program milestones and objectives.
Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or related degree field
Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience including 5 years in automotive
As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
