The Hurley Housing Authority is seeking a qualified person to fill
the Executive Director/Maintenance position.
The Executive Director manages and maintains a 54-unit Public
Housing apartment complex under the Department of Housing
and Urban Development rules and regulations.
The Director is responsible for the general administration, financial
management and daily operations of the agency.
The Director will work closely with the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities include all office work, including but not limited to preparing
budgets, accounts receivable, payroll, preparing grant applications and rent collection.
The director is also responsible for maintenance of the building and grounds.
This position requires occasional evening and weekend work.
