Position Title: Executive Assistant CEO
Reports To: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates materials for Board and Board Committee meetings. (Also prepares board room, board packets, etc.)
- Administrator for the Board Software – Nasdaq Boardvantage
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Performing a variety of duties for Executive Officers and other administrative personnel.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Coordinating the efficient operation of the office by maintaining comprehensive, confidential, and accurate records, ordering supplies, maintaining manuals, and performing other relevant duties.
- Renews notary bonds and stamps as they expire.
- Perform follow up on all administrative details as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- Associate Degree Required
- Minimum of five years of experience in professional office setting.
