What You'll Do: As a BIM/CAD technician or specialist at Peter Basso Associates, you’ll be part of our CAD Support team and will work alongside talented BIM/CAD professionals and Architectural Engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your skillset as you support the design teams throughout the project life cycle. You will set up projects for the design team, update the Architectural and Civil plan files, transfer red marks made by engineers, prepare drawings of existing mechanical and electrical systems, plot and publish drawings, facilitate document control processes, and more. With 35 years of tradition, PBA has established standards and processes that will provide a solid foundation from which to learn and grow.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career as a building systems BIM/CAD specialist. Additional opportunities are available for those who demonstrate the ability and take the initiative to transition into Senior BIM/CAD specialist and/or electrical and mechanical design.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Two or more AutoCAD and/or Revit intermediate level courses or 1-2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
