QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in administration, management, business, accounting, or related field and two (2) years of full-time work experience performing similar job duties (as listed below).
OR
High School Diploma and four (4) years of full-time work experience performing similar job duties related to institutional operations.
- Collegiate emphasis in accounting and information systems, or business management and policy development is preferred.
- Experience as office coordinator or similar role with knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
- Must be in good physical condition and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have legible handwriting.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, reliable vehicle, vehicle insurance, a good driving record, and be insurable to operate fleet vehicles.
- Must be willing to attend various trainings as directed.
- Must have working knowledge of office equipment including printers, scanners, copiers, and fax machines.
- Must possess good attention to detail, strong organizational skills, time management skills, and motivated to learn new skills.
- Must have demonstrated work experience with computer software including MS Excel, MS Word, and other programs.
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends when required.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be able to obtain a satisfactory clearance in accordance with the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act Background Investigations Policy.
- Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory result of a Security Background Check, pre-employment drug testing, and pre-employment physical.
