Job Overview
MWA is actively seeking motivated individuals for manufacturing roles ranging from entry-level to experienced. Key Responsibilities
- Install roller coverings
- Perform trimming and sandblasting
- Participate in wet spray painting (as needed)
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Use tape measures and basic hand tools
- Operate machinery and follow safety protocols
Skills Needed
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Understanding of mechanical drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Knowledge Required
- General understanding of manufacturing processes (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and safety practices
- Knowledge of material handling components is a plus
Ability to Implement
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Adapt to changing tasks and priorities
