Process Technician
Our client in Saline is looking for a Process Technician to join their team. This position is a DIRECT HIRE and will be scheduled on 4th shift
Experience needed to succeed as a Process Technician
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mold design best practices and implementation.
- Experience with light maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- HS diploma or GED
What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician
- Optimize cycle time and perform setup, startup, and changeovers.
- Identify and correct problems, make adjustments, and train others on proper use.
- Analyze, improve, and adjust molding machine processes to maximize cost efficiency, quality, and throughput by establishing process control guidelines.
- Document changes, monitor scrap reduction, and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure consistent quality output.

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:15 PM
- Rotating: Thursday & Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
