Call Center Representative
Our Client in Ann Arbor is looking for Call Center Representative to join their team.
What you’ll be doing as a Call Center Representative
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Call Center Representative
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Additional information for the Call Center Representative
- $15-$17 hourly
- Tuesday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 11am-5:30pm
