Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Daily Responsibilities
Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers with coordination andall logistics for phone or on-site interviews with candidate and interviewers.
Initiates relocation, and immigration screenings. Work closely with Global Mobility team and external vendors.
Prepares and disseminates interview related materials to everyone involved, including the candidate.
As needed, works with external recruiting firms; and plans and coordinates for offsite and non-business hour interviews.
Makes travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc.) and files travel reimbursements.
Maintains details and logistics of interviews in Excel and store in Teams or SharePoint.
Validatescandidate information is accurate in ATS.
Additional Responsibilities
With candidate experience in mind, adheres to and re-enforces all SLAs such as initial contact within 24-48 hours of interview request.
While working in a team environment, the coordinator will be responsible to ensure the programmatic logistics are on track to meet program objectives for the Talent Acquisition Operations team.
Responsible for confidential handling of all candidate information.
Responsibilities may also include support for posting jobs on external college or professional job board websites.
Assiststeam with identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
Work with a high sense of urgency and works well with ambiguity.
Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails, routing them to others when appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior recruiting experience, HR experience, or relative experience preferred.
Outstanding client management skills, including demonstrated success interacting with both internal and external customers and effective at building rapport.
Ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment, while continuing to deliver on deadlines.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
Standout colleague who is willing to assist wherever there is a need.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook with at least 2 years of experience.
Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-directed and a fast learner with the ability to master systems quickly.

Base Pay Range: $24.09 - $40.97 Per Hour
