Job Summary:
V2Soft is Seeking a Technical Client Engagement Manager to drive global coordination, support sales teams in solutioning, and strengthen client relationships. This role bridges sales, presales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless technical solutions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Coordination: Oversee client engagements across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop technical solutions, participate in client meetings, and support presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers along with sales team to plan client strategy and plan to grow the account and generate revenue.
- Technical Solutioning: Partner with presales and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs. Resource will get involved in developing AI solutions using our product, SancitiAI.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide insights on technical trends, competitive positioning, and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical client engagement, presales, or solution consulting.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent understanding with IT solutions, software development including web technologies, software testing automation, AI and other technologies.
- Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Good customer interfacing experience.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, recruiting, presales, and delivery teams.
