Monitor employees' use of safety glasses, steel toe boots, and other required personal protective equipment. Monitor 5S / general housekeeping to encourage a safer working environment. Perform periodic EHS inspections in accordance with Heico and other regulatory policies. Escalate all unsafe conditions so they can be promptly addressed. Direct employees to build quality into the machine the first time. Use root cause analysis methodology for daily problem solving and implementing countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
