Local property management company is seeking a property maintance technician whose core responsibilities include both interior and exterior property maintenane tasks of commercial properties.

Daily duties:

• upkeep and maintenance of commercial HVAC units of around properties along
• Interior and exterior building maintenance including drywall, painting, floor repairs, etc. 
• Plumbing and Electrical tasks
• Landscaping

Location: Berkley, MI 

Shift: Day Shift - Monday - Friday

Pay: $20-25/hr. 

An Ideal Candidate will possess the following: 

• 1+ year commercial property maintenance experience
• Proficient in HVAC Maintenance and repair
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to work well with other colleagues.
• Ability to perform routine or non-complex maintenance tasks without assistance or supervision.
