Clinical Team Leader (I/DD Supports Coordination Team)
Coordinates limited aspects of team operations including clinical supervision, scheduling staff, reviewing clinical documents, providing input on administrative documents, ensuring compliance with agency and state requirements, and giving input to the Clinical Services Program Manager on staff performance. Reviews work of a team of professionals to ensure interventions are clinically appropriate. Provides direct clinical service to program participants which may include psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy/education, diagnosis, and person-centered planning. May also be responsible for providing case management and/or supports coordination services to individuals who have a intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling with appropriate Michigan licensure. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the clinical treatment of adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Prior supervisory experience in a mental health setting preferred. Must have competency in information system applications and have a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license and the availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.
Pay Range
Salary range of $62,269 – $73,725 based on licensure plus exceptional fringes including employer
sponsored training, pension and insurance.
