We are looking for an Admin / Customer Service Representative to support ongoing client relationships through exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. This role combines front-line customer interaction with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person

Maintain positive relationships with existing clients through responsive and proactive communication

Perform extensive data entry into internal systems, including entering electronic orders with accuracy

Handle paperwork processing, filing, and documentation

Resolve routine questions and problems using established procedures

Schedule and coordinate client service visits when needed

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Follow specific instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures

Support the customer service team and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Perform other administrative and customer service tasks as required
Qualifications

1+ years of experience in administrative support or customer service

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word), Gmail, and Google Calendar

Strong data entry skills, including 10-key typing

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage competing priorities

Valid, clean driver’s license (for occasional client visits, if required)
