We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blend Technician. This position is responsible for safely and accurately blending raw materials according to precise formulas and production schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh and blend raw materials according to batch instructions and product formulations

Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor batch quality and ensure consistency through testing and documentation

Perform tank transfers, sampling, labeling, and product filling

Maintain cleanliness and organization of blending area, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Troubleshoot blending or equipment issues and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors

Keep accurate records of batch production, material usage, and lot numbers

Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental procedures

Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished products
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience in chemical, oil, or manufacturing blending preferred

Ability to follow detailed instructions, formulas, and SOPs

Strong math, measurement, and documentation skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold environments

Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred)
