As a CNC Mill Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. You will work with engineering drawings, CAD/CAM software, and a variety of materials to create high-quality components that meet strict customer specifications.
Responsibilities:

Program CNC mill machines using G-code and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.)

Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)

Make offsets, tool changes, and fine adjustments as needed

Perform first-article inspections and troubleshoot machining issues

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S standards

Collaborate with engineers and production team on continuous improvement

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards
Requirements:

3+ years of CNC mill programming and setup experience

Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC controls (e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Okuma)

Experience with CAM software (Mastercam preferred)

Ability to read blueprints and engineering specifications

Skilled in using precision measuring tools
