We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor & Manufacturing Engineer to lead and work alongside our skilled maintenance personnel. This role is critical to driving equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency through preventative and predictive maintenance strategies and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and work directly with maintenance staff to resolve safety issues and minimize equipment downtime.

Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Maintain and upgrade facility equipment and ensure compliance with safety and LOTO standards.

Drive safety initiatives and ensure timely resolution of safety-related concerns.

Train production operators on new processes and equipment changes.

Maintain documentation in accordance with quality and document control standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean initiatives, product launches, and KPI-driven improvements.

Specify and procure tools, fixtures, and equipment for new or existing processes.

Serve as the manufacturing engineering lead during new product introductions or engineering changes.

Develop strong working relationships with external contractors and vendors.

Collect and analyze KPI and downtime data to support continuous improvement.
