REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related and 8 years of experience in job offered or a related position. Experience must include: Working with finance and activity based costing methodologies for piece price and tooling analysis; Developing costing scenarios for budget / target setting, sourcing, benchmarking, design changes, design to target, teardown and commodity strategy activities; Working with cost methodology, cost structure, bill of material, bill of processes (optimal manufacturing) and bill of design information to deliver analytical costing reports to stakeholders; Working with the manufacturing and costing of internal components and commodities; Working with Six sigma - Black belt methodology and Lean manufacturing principles relative to Chassis and Propulsion systems; Working with CEM, CAPE, FACTON and Data acquisition and analysis tools.
