Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is now hiring Full-time Experienced Automotive Technicians for an automotive Tier 1 supplier. Experienced Automotive Technicians will be working on experimental prototype builds as well as retro-fits. This Full-time Experienced Automotive Technician position offers an AM day shift plus overtime as needed and is based in Allen Park, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full-time Experienced Automotive Technician position below are strongly encouraged to apply. AM day shift available plus overtime as needed.
Shift:
- AM day shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday + weekends as needed)

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
- Must have own tools with rolling toolbox (toolbox program available)
- Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
- Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
- Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Ford experience
- State/ASE certifications
- Prototype build technician / mechanic experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of vehicle alignments, air conditioning (A/C) system repairs, tire machines and balancers
