Job Description Summary Manages training delivery and assessment processes. Develops training courses and materials for Logicalis employees. Manages various learning management systems and HR Processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinates the assignment of Logicalis US (LUS) employee training programs, including programs created by LUS as well as Logicalis Group and Datatec, to all LUS employees; follows up with LUS employees to ensure they are able to access and complete assigned training. * Generates reports periodically of Completion Status for training; encourages LUS employees who have not completed training to do so. * Manages the LUS Onboarding Program for all new hires. * Creates presentation materials * Schedules virtual sessions * Delivers program * Tracks participant satisfaction with the training * Participates with LUS HR staff and Logicalis Group HR staff in the development and delivery of a variety of employee training programs. * Works, in concert with Logicalis Group HR staff, to ensure LUS employees have access to and can navigate the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning collateral. * Maintains records of training activities, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements. * Creates training calendars, coordinates creation of presentation materials, and schedules sessions---whether virtual or in person. * Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. * Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. * Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations. Education/Experience//Technical Requirements/Certifications Equivalent combination accepted. Education: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Experience / Technical Requirements * 1-3 years in a related area. * Knowledge of and exposure to commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in training program development, implementation, administration and evaluation. * Portal application development and Learning Management System experience. * Human Resources experience. * Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications. Certifications * None Other Skills and Abilities * Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with multiple departments and levels within organization, as well as external vendors. * Analytics: ability to gather data, understand its implications and apply conclusions to making decisions. * Excellent communication skills - oral and written presentation abilities. * Customer Service: identifying, analyzing and meeting customer needs. * Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. * Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills. * Detail oriented.
