Swick Home Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Lead to join our team. As the Call Center Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring efficiency and high performance. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
WHAT WE OFFER.
- Starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Lead daily operations of the call center team to ensure performance targets are met.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to managers to support their development.
- Monitor call volume and manage schedules to maintain proper staffing levels.
- Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues with professionalism.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to support operational decisions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment preferred.
- 2+ years of experience working in a leadership position preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry is a plus.
