Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid is preferred but fully remote may be considered) Duration: 4+ months Rate: 55-65/hr * Provides support, oversight, governance, and tactical direction required to enable the delivery of end user IT services across Microsoft 365 platforms. * Contributes to the overall end user infrastructure architecture and operational governance model. * Researches, designs, implements, and supports Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dataverse services that are standards-based, high-performing, highly available, and secure. * Provides enterprise-wide operational guidance and support for Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, and Dataverse. * Performs assessments of the current Microsoft 365 environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with best practices. * Utilizes capability modeling to align systems strategy and planning with overall business goals. * Collaborates with project teams to determine when service modifications are necessary to meet evolving business or technical requirements. * Implements and promotes standard configuration, change management processes, and governance practices across all M365 services. * Develops test plans, implementation strategies, and project timelines for assigned initiatives. * Maintains routine status reporting related to the compliance, performance, and health of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services. * Designs and implements dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance metrics, and service health for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
