A day in the life. As our Client Coordinator on the Private Client team you will assist in the development of the Private Client Services department through the growth of new business and retention by providing prompt, accurate, professional service, administrative support and sales to team, clients, producers, and carriers. This position has the ability to work out of any of our Michigan offices in Grand Rapids, Livonia or Troy. Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: * High school diploma or general education degree; some college or higher education preferred * 2+ years' experience in insurance with strong client service skills * CIC, CPCU, CPRIA, CPRM, or CISR designation preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong problem solving skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment. * Ability to work independent as well as a team. * PC operation to an intermediate level, including word processing and data entry. * Standard software programs utilized: Microsoft Office Suite, Internet * PC and associated software, printer, fax, telephone, copier, calculator, scanner We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
