Education and Experience Requirements:
- College graduate with degree in engineering, with courses in Business Administration, Advanced Mathematics, Electronic Data Processing, etc., beneficial.
- Five or more year’s broad engineering experience required to include research and development, laboratory, engineering services, administrative and managerial positions to acquire sufficient knowledge and background to assume responsibilities involved.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
- General business experience and aptitude
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Travel Required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to work with people and be a team player.
Physical Demands:
- In an 8-hour day the employee must stand/walk 1-4 hours and sit 6-8 hours.
- Must frequently use hand(s) for repetitive movement single grasping, and occasionally pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Must occasionally bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach.
- Must perform Light work, lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

- Typical open office environment with a low to moderate level of noise.
