Key Responsibilities
The Regional Practice Manager directs day to day administrative and supporting clinical office staff operations of CPC Operating, including establishment and maintenance of operations in accordance with company policy and protocol. Responsible for achieving performance improvement, directing day to day operations in compliance with all applicable regulatory standards, and developing and implementing new programs.
- Manages day to day operations of administrative, scheduling, and supporting clinical office staff of CPC Operating – Physician Services
- Professionally handles any complaints or issues that require further assistance
- Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet department and organization needs

Runs all meetings effectively and sends appropriate follow up information to all appropriate parties. Conducts meetings with direct reports

Monitors all Physician Services staff workflow daily to ensure timeliness of all operational functions are occurring
Required Qualifications

Requires demonstrated interpersonal, supervisory, and management skills with ability to communicate effectively

Demonstrates proven organizational development and project management

Exhibits working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement within Part B Fee for Service or Physician Value Based contracting as well as proven leadership abilities
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
- Demonstrates ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients, families and caregivers in skilled-nursing facility settings
- Demonstrates skill in nursing practice, ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, documentation requirements and deadlines
