Workforce Coordinator

$20.00 - $21.00/hour
Job Summary:
The Workforce Coordinator will work in a high-pressure environment and take on diverse responsibilities across all activities performed within the operations of Management and prototype services.The Workforce Coordinator will be heavily focused on coordinating the Client needs of the prototype business unit workforce and associated contract hiring.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Help administer the toolbox program, and work with the staffing partners as a liaison on their toolbox program.
•Support the contract hiring process, including interview scheduling, routing, and follow-up as needed. •Create contractor jobs within vendor management system (VMS) and communicate with staffing partners as needed.
•Facilitate operations orientation and test proctoring for new hires.
•Follow up contract notes and statuses within contractor system.
•Assist with planning, organizing, and staffing projects, weekend warrior support and retrofits.
•Update presentations and internal excel documents as needed.
Education and Experience (required):
•Minimum of 2 years of automotive Industry experience.
•Minimum of 2 years of coordination experience.
Education and Experience (preferred):
•Associates degree or higher education.
•Minimum of 5 years of automotive industry experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of coordination experience.
•Workforce and contract staffing experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (required):
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
•Strong written and communication skills.
•Ability to remain detail oriented while balancing numerous tasks.
