Responsibilities
What’s Your Role?
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Associate Administrative Assistant with a focus on Payroll Administration. This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing primary payroll processing support and secondary settlement processing for the Detroit location within the Michigan Market.Processing a weekly payroll for both hourly and base / commission employees (Union and Non-Union) which involves:
* Validating accurate employee set-up in payroll systems SAP, ICM, WFM
* Collecting documentation to input data into a time keeping system (Kronos workforce Management)
* Auditing payroll information for accuracy
* Running, analyzing, and distributing reporting for approval
* Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone
* Analyze data to update average rate of pay as required per location policies & CBA
* Manage uniform inventory and ordering process for frontline employees
* Maintain confidentiality of confidential documents and information
* Review of DOT applications for accuracy in completion for new hires
* Processing I9 documents for new hires
* Manage employee badges
* Comply with company document retention records policy as it relates to payroll-related information
* Adhering to payroll controls as outlined in the GCS guides
* Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to: daily support of location settlement completion, FSV cashiering as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850
* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3+ years of experience providing administrative support
* Payroll experience
* High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
* Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
* Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills
* Responsible and reliable
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Aptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
* Role requires working on Holidays that fall on a Monday.
* M-F including Holidays that fall on a Monday. Some minimal weekend work may be required based on payroll needs. Hours can be flexible based on location needs.
