Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Emerging Talent Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top emerging talent across various functions within the organization. You will play a meaningful role in building a pipeline of future leaders and strategic relationships with our key universities across the country. Your efforts will help craft the future of KLA by bringing in new perspectives, innovative ideas, and unique skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment: Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment activities including but not limited to: career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews. Establish and maintain positive relationships with university career services and academic departments to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
University Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships with universities and colleges to improve recruitment efforts and the KLA brand. This includes collaborating with faculty and administration to identify top students, participating in campus events, and sponsoring student organizations.
Talent Sourcing and Candidate Screening: Proactively source and engage with emerging talent through various channels including, but not limited to: social media, university partnerships, networking events, and more. Provide an exceptional candidate experience to candidates from first engagement to Day 1.
Cross Functional Collaboration and Subject Matter Expertise: Collaborate with internal collaborators to tailor recruiting approaches based on business needs with market research and previous experience. Lead candidate evaluation and interview processes to best determine compensation proposals and offers.
Intern Program: Assist with planning and driving summer intern program events. This includes pre-onboarding and orientation, leadership events and social events. Additionally, work closely with hiring managers to identify high-performing interns to convert to full-time employees where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree plus 1 years experience of previous experience in university recruiting or emerging talent, preferred in engineering or technical recruiting
Consistent record to handle college recruitment activities, from strategic planning to administrative details
Outstanding client leadership skills, with demonstrated success in interacting with both internal and external customer and establishing effective relationships
Ability to travel is required, with up to 75% during peak season
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
Meticulous with the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with opposing demands
Great teammate willing to assist wherever needed
Highly motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic learner of new systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Base Pay Range: $58,700.00 - $89,400.00 Annually
