Group/DivisionThe KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork, innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet, 135 sites and over 12,000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly, this group also provides employee and site services, such as cafeteria, transportation, security, and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Regional Site Services Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery for multiple field office locations across the United States. This role ensures each site is safe, compliant, functional, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, distributed environment and excels at vendor coordination, service delivery, and problem-solving on the ground. You will be responsible to lead, create, implement, and manage workplace services by serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for services and field service key contacts. This hands-on position requires the following responsibilities:
Coordinate, oversee and support facilities operations at multiple field office locations (e.g., ensuring maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, security, and workplace services, such as breakroom services are established and operating efficiently).
Act as the primary point of contact for all site-level facilities issues, escalations, and vendor coordination.
Conduct regular site visits to assess facilities conditions, workplace experience, and service compliance.
Assisting in managing KLA suppliers using Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), peer benchmarking, and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's).
Partner with internal teams (IT, HR, Security, Real Estate) to support workplace initiatives and employee experience.
Coordinate site moves, expansions, decommissions, or refresh projects in collaboration with project teams.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, codes, and internal policies, along with FM Global practices implemented by KLA.
Assist in creating and managing facilities budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities across field sites.
Assist in approving and/or developing preventive maintenance schedules and track asset life cycles.
Support sustainability, health & safety, and emergency preparedness efforts at each location.
Create and manage local small projects, work with GWS Projects Team for larger scale projects as site liaison
Prepare periodic status reports that measure progress against agreed upon initiatives, benefits, issues resolution and service levels. This includes key site data for each location such as employee attrition, revenue, tool installs, and other KLA business metrics.
Promote continuous improvement in GWS through effective process, methodology and training.
Conform with Federal and local regulations.
Other responsibilities would include:
Sustainability initiatives and reporting aligned with the global KLA goals.
Maintain as-built drawings and equipment manuals.
Additional duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in multi-site facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Facilities Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of building systems, FM standard processes and vendor management
Excellent problem-solving, communications and project coordination skills
Ability to travel up to 25% to U.S. office locations as required
Applicant should possess excellent written and verbal skills, strong attention to detail, and a focus on customer service
Knowledge and experience in supplier management is critical
Able to work independently and meet schedules while working in a team-oriented environment
Deep understanding of facilities ecosystem: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, facilities management, and project management
Knowledge in day-to-day operations, project management, building management and CMMS systems
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
