1. Possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with a certificate or degree in geography, geographic information systems, computer science, or a closely related field; AND
Have a minimum of six (6) months of working experience using ESRI’s ArcGIS software.
2. Must obtain a Michigan Certified Assessing Technician (MCAT) certification from the State Tax Commission within one (1) year of hire date to maintain employment.
3. Must complete all required continuing education credits for annual recertification.
4. Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license.
