As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across every area of our facility and influence company performance by maintaining our equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment and team. * Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment. * Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed. * Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. * Safely apply knowledge and troubleshooting skills to all assigned production equipment. * Effectively interact with all plant personnel to accomplish plant and individual goals. * Minimize downtime due to equipment failure. REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience OR 1 year of industrial maintenance experience education (e.g., possess industrial maintenance diploma or currently enrolled in technical school) in lieu of experience. * Applicants will be considered for Associate Maintenance Technicians, General Maintenance Technicians, and Sr Maintenance Technicians level openings. * Leveling is determined during the interview process based on skillset, knowledge, and experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills necessary for logging information, processing daily work orders, and completing required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Communication Skills: Effective communication and basic math skills required. Must reside in the United States to be considered No sponsorship available with this position. SPECIAL SKILLS: * Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally; ability to lift 20 lbs. frequently. * Ability to stand on a hard surface for up to 12 hours per day. * Ability to work in confined and tall spaces, walk, climb, utilize a ladder, operate a lift, bend, and stoop. * Repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling. * Frequent overhead work. * Temperatures inside the plant may vary from -25 degrees to over 100 degrees; outside work may also be needed. * Basic math skills, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.
