- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial Facilities Maintenance
- Basic computer skills
- Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings
- Ability to read, write and use basic math skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions
- Be a self starter and manage yourself without supervision.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders, work with power tools, and be able to work in and around mechanical equipment
