Position Summary: The Assembly Operator is responsible for the efficient assembly of component parts to produce products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure the quality of components being assembled are without defects.
• Maintain safe and clean work area.
• Communicate assembly, quality, safety concerns, to Team Leader.
• Participate in problem solving activities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Responsible for accurately recording pieces produced and components scrapped on production paperwork.
• Knows and exhibits the MATIKON values.
• Performs all job functions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the MATIKON Quality Policy.
• OTHER REASONABLE DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
