As a System Administrator you'll have the opportunity to: * Implement, support, and maintain applications within our Citrix environment and workstations. * Install, configure, and update a wide variety of applications used by the firm. * Resolve complex and widespread issues with applications and act as a point of ticket escalation for our support team. * Maintain detailed documentation of software configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. * Lead projects and initiatives including consolidating and decommissioning existing applications. Preferred: * Associates degree in a field such as Computer technology or related field. * Minimum two (2) years' experience with administrating Citrix, Virtual Desktop Environments, and Active Directory * Previous experience in troubleshooting or maintaining applications within the accounting sector.
