Contract Leaves of Absence Specialist Location: Remote Our client in the insurance space is looking to hire a Contract Leaves of Absence (LOA) Specialist for 3-6 months to help with an uptick in leave requests. As a member of the larger benefits team, this role will be responsible for: * Administering LOA requests and related reporting * Serving as a primary resource to employees, HR team members, managers, and vendors on all leave policies and procedures * Collaborating with the Payroll team on leave and disability benefit payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness * Strong attention to detail * Assisting with Benefits Administration requests as needed Requirements: * Bachelor's degree required * 2+ years of LOA experience * In-depth knowledge of federal and state leave of absence laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
