Responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of programs and strategies to support the goals of the division. Coordinate projects for senior management of division. * Coordinate, direct and monitor assigned activities. * Ensure an efficient and qualitative operation through effective planning, controlling and organizing. Coordinate and conduct analyses and research studies; communicate findings. * Represent the department on special assignments. * Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior management. * Design, develop and administer assigned programs. * Recommend and communicate goals, specific strategies and monitor performance against goals. * Assist management in analyzing problems and implementing programs that provide solutions. * Other duties may be assigned. "Qualifications" * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Communications or related field preferred. * Four (4) years experience in analytical and research activities related to the health care industry or sales environment. * Project management and familiarity with the client/server environment preferred. * Knowledge of competitors, techniques and methodologies required in related field. * Knowledge and use of existing software packages. * Strong teamwork, analytical, creative and communication skills. * Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job. Department Information * Proficient in Excel including knowledge of advanced formulas a must. * Proficient in SQL and VBA a plus. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of leadership as well as foster cross departmental collaboration. * Attention to detail, interest in data analysis / deep diving and comparative analysis for problem identification. * Existing knowledge of sales, organization, and membership from an IT perspective a plus. * Existing knowledge in data visualization a plus. * Functional within Group CRM a plus.
