Job Details

We’re looking for a Leasing Specialist to take charge of leasing across our commercial properties. Your main job will be keeping our buildings full by working with tenants, property owners, and brokers to lease space, build strong relationships, and help bring in steady rental income.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create Leasing Plans

• Come up with smart ways to fill empty spaces and keep great tenants around.

Work With Tenants

• Keep our tenants happy—answer questions, solve problems, and make sure they have what they need.

Partner With Brokers

• Build good relationships with outside leasing brokers.

• Keep tabs on how they’re doing and make changes if needed.

Promote Available Space

• Help market available spaces through online ads, signs, and networking events.

• Work with brokers to help get the word out.

Negotiate Leases

• Talk through lease terms with new tenants to find fair deals that make sense for everyone.

• Make sure leases follow our rules and stay on track.

Know the Market

• Keep an eye on what’s happening in the local real estate scene so we stay competitive with our pricing and strategies.

Help With Budgets & Reports

• Assist in tracking leasing numbers and putting together reports for our team and investors.

• Help plan budgets and forecast income based on leasing activity.

Teamwork

• Work closely with our asset managers and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in a Commerical leasing agent role

• Experience in commercial real estate leasing (not residential or apartments)
