Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of Project and Change Management experience.
5+ years of customer experience strategies and best practices.
MS Project, JIRA (good to have Agile).
Ability to plan and think independently.
Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with a team, and demonstrate emotional resilience.
Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and work on multiple/complex projects at the same time.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Job Description:
Leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop project plans and schedules.
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders.
Manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
Proactively address stakeholder concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk logs, and issue trackers.
