Morbark is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This position will focus on enhancing our social media engagement and fostering connections with end-customers. The intern will play a key role in creating visually appealing marketing materials, including program flyers, and developing short social media videos that effectively communicate our brand message.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of marketing principles, a passion for social media, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented marketing team to implement innovative strategies that drive engagement and support our mission.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Good written, oral, and reading communication skills.
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (word, outlook, excel, and power point)
- Must be multitask oriented, organized, able to set priorities, and meet deadline.
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts and strategies, especially related to social media.
- Knowledge of how to identify and analyze target audiences for effective engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe products, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Edge, for creating marketing materials.
- Understanding of effective content creation techniques for social media and marketing collateral.
- Ability to create visually appealing flyers and social media graphics using Adobe tools.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.
- Ability to identify challenges and develop creative solutions in marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative on projects and tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Enrolled in college and actively pursuing a degree.
