Summary of Position: | Provide comprehensive supervision of 1-3 residence halls (typically two). Hall Directors recruit, train, supervise, and mentor residence hall staff, 6-17 Resident Advisors, 1-3 Desk Service Managers and 15-30 front desk and night security personnel; actively participate on departmental and university-wide committees, manage facilities, advise Hall Council; train RA staff to advise House Councils; coordinate programming/community development and provide overall leadership in the academic, social and emotional development of students. In addition, Hall Directors serve as conduct hearing officers recommending educational outcomes up to and including dismissal from the university. | |

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: | A Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Counseling, or related field is strongly preferred. | |
