Qualifications and Experience: * Associate or bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * 1+ years of experience in an IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-related role. * Familiarity with one or more of the following: CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft 365 Defender, Akitra, or comparable GRC/security platforms. * Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles including endpoint security, identity management, network security, and vulnerability remediation. * Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and written/verbal communication skills. * Ability to collaborate across departments and manage time across competing priorities. * Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or SSCP. * Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, or vulnerability management tools. * Working knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA). * Experience supporting policy, risk, or audit processes within a GRC platform Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
