Our client is looking for a REMOTE PART-TIME (24 hours per week) dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director, this role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable working across a wide variety of marketing channels and initiatives. This role will run through the end of the year. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with the Associate Marketing Director to execute and manage key initiatives across multiple marketing channels * Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness * Assist in drafting marketing messaging and campaign content with support from SMEs * Design or support the design of marketing collateral including brochures, email templates, social media content, ads, and PowerPoint decks * Use Eloqua and other automation tools to build landing pages, track campaign performance, and optimize marketing strategies * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to ensure alignment and success of campaigns * Monitor, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness based on performance data Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (experience in compliance or professional services is a plus) * Proficient in Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently * Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization Benefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
