Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for OE Parts. Follow up on quotes and track the success of sales efforts. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Customer Inquiries and Information: Answer customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about OE parts. Offer detailed product information, specifications, pricing, and availability. Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures. Ensure all customer orders are entered accurately and timely into the system. Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
