Ensure that all Stakeholder Requests (including scope of the work requested by customer) is clearly defined. Responsible for ensuring that all needed customer specifications and customer specific requirements for the product are appropriately collected and maintained. Responsible for the analysis of the system: Define the System Functions and allocate the System Elements to build up the Functional Architecture; Identify and create the Use Cases (End-to-end functions) of the system, product and/or platform; and Refine Use Cases to identify System Functions. Develop review and/or update records to ensure consistent documentation of Uses. Cases and System Functions in the PDD: Specify Uses Cases and while being responsible for the overall completeness of Stakeholder Requirements and establishing traceability, verification criteria and responsibilities; Specify System Functions and be responsible for the overall completeness of Stakeholder Requirements while also establishing traceability, verification criteria and performing additional responsibilities as needed; and Specify non-functional product requirements, process and project execution requirements, requirements for test and validation, and requirements for manufacturing. Coordinate and align system requirements with all affected competencies and ensure complete and effective review of system requirements and clarification for resulting issues where applicable. Clarify open questions with customer(s) as a subject matter expert with support from Product System Function Owner. Participate in Program Increment Planning, System checkout tests, System Demos and Retrospectives. Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality standards within their team as an individual contributor.
