The Position
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Facilities Director, the Housekeeping Professional is responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of the Greater Midland Facilities. This person will be expected to perform daily and monthly cleaning task as well as room and gym setups, among other essential duties. The Housekeeping Professional will respond to pages and emergency requests as needed. The Housekeeping Professional must maintain high personal standards and adhere to and carry out the mission of the organization.
Major Job Responsibilities
? Performs daily cleaning of the facility, inside and outside.
? Cleaning the fitness floor, bathrooms and locker rooms.
? Follows multiple sheets daily to ensure room setup and reservations.
? Completes daily, weekly and monthly checks on housekeeping equipment and facility and reports damages.
? Performs general custodial duties and daily room and gym setups.
Qualifications
? High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
? Minimum 2 years prior experience working as a housekeeping/maintenance professional.
? Excellent time management with ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
? Ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer service.
Physical Requirements
? Lifting /Carrying 50 pounds or less.
? Standing, walking, sitting, climbing, squatting, and kneeling.
Schedule
Monday, Friday, Saturday from 10:00PM – 4:00AM, and Sunday from 6:00pm – 11:30pm
