Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top Am Law 50 firm seeking a real estate attorney to assist with ongoing development-related matters. * Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington State and be open to occasional on-site work in Seattle (98104) * Start: ASAP * Duration: 6+ months * Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (full-time) * Pay Rate: $75-$87/hour * Note: Concurrent employment is not permitted Key Qualifications: * Actively licensed and in good standing in Washington State (must match state of residence) * 4+ years of real estate law experience, including: * Real estate development and construction contracting * Drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and standard real estate terms * Experience with pre- and post-closing checklists * Comfortable with technology and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Data center experience is a plus, but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
