Job Description The primary function of this role is to administer indirect/end-customer contractual price inquiries and eligibility requests coming from external Trading Partners and stakeholders such as Global Purchasing Organizations, and internal stakeholders such as sales leaders and field sales representatives. This role will be responsible for managing workflow through a centralized mailbox service system for receiving, tracking, and responding to inquiries in a timely and effective manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Review and Research inquiries related to end-customer contract price and eligibility as maintained in ICU Medical's Contract Management System (Model N). Respond to inquiries where customer contract information is clearly defined and available in Model N. Reassign items to different internal stakeholders where additional research on contract or price eligibility is needed. * Administer workflow through a mailbox service system for receiving and tracking inquiries while ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness of response. * Support business efforts to meet targeted turnaround time and support continuous process improvements to achieve targets. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Model N system configurations that provide ICU Customer's access to contracts, products, prices, effective dates, as well as business processes to communicate access through Bid Awards to Trading Partners. * Interface with external stakeholders such as Trading Partners, to provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries; also provide updates or exchange information as needed to ensure complete response. * Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as Membership, Contract Analysts and Field Sales Representatives to align best practices for researching inquiries and providing thorough and accurate responses. * Assist with maintaining standard operating procedures and job aids that guide best practices for managing the mailbox service system and the workflow for handling various items that come into the mailbox. * Provide training and coaching to aid in the development of new team members or extended team members working outside the United States as needed. * Elevate issues to manager as necessary. * Support special projects and work assignments as requested Knowledge & Skills * Individual should have a general understanding of end-to-end commercial contracting operations management. * Conduct independent analysis of indirect customer membership/eligibility with limited supervision and to demonstrate working knowledge of all business processes. Individual should possess the ability to plan, organize and manage a variable workload and meet deadlines with accurate results. * Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
